From ringside, ring announcer Gary Michael Capetta introduced Kevin Rudolf feat. Rick Ross who performed “Welcome To The World” as Kelly Bundy and Brooke Adams danced around as the backup dancers. During the performance, footage from the past month of action and the buildup to EMW Best Of The Best played on ExtremeVision behind them. After the performance, fireworks exploded above Extreme Vision as the crowd cheered.
From the broadcast table at ringside, Michael Buffer and Tony Stark welcomed everyone to Best Of The Best.
Buffer: Welcome everyone to the first ever Best Of The Best Mega Event as we are LIVE! from a sold out Solider Field in Chicago, Illinois. This stadium is home to the Chicago Bears so this arena can take all the hard-hitting action that only EMW can deliver. Michael Buffer here along with Tony Stark at ringside and tonight it is the Best Of The Best Tournament.
Stark: That is right, for the first time in EMW history, we will have a one night tournament where we will determine who will get a shot at the EMW World Heavyweight Championship at SummerJam 2K9 at the legendary Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Buffer: Not only that but tonight, the EMW World Heavyweight title will be on the line as two EMW Originals go to battle as the champion and leader of The Vampire Legion, “The Day Walker” Blade takes on Chicago’s own, Al Bundy.
Stark: Will Bundy win the EMW World Title for the third time in front of his hometown Chicago fans?! We will find out tonight.
Buffer: Well let’s not waist any time as we go to Gary Michael Capetta for the first match in te Best Of The Best Tournament.

“Angry Video Game Nerd” James Rolfe makes his way to the ring to some good heat from the crowd.
Capetta: And his opponent, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania…He is “The Angry Video Game Nerd” JAMES ROLFE!
Rolfe arrives to the ring and starts to trash talk to the crowd but then Spiderman surprised him with a springboard dropkick and the bell sounds for the start of the match.

In the back, Torrie Wilson interviewed The Human Tornado.
Torrie: Ladies and gentlemen, I’m here with one of the participants in the Best Of The Best Tournament, The Human Tornado. Tornado, tonight you have a chance to earn a shot at the EMW World Heavyweight Championship at SummerJam 2K9. But first, you would have to get through your first round opponent, Tony Montana.
Tornado: Torrie, ever since I came back, I did what came to do, I started where I left off last year before I was injured. The only goal I haven’t accomplished is the EMW World Heavyweight Championship. Tonight, I will go through my journey to becoming the EMW World Heavyweight Champion and the first victim will be that slimy, no good, wannabe playa, Tony Montana. Owens entered the ring and went to the second turnbuckle. He then poses and continues to talk trash to the fans before he climbed down and then the bell rings to start the match.

In the back, The Vampire Legion (EMW World Heavyweight Champion Blade, Abigail Whistler & The Street Fighters (Ken Masters & Ryu Hoshi)) arrived to the arena earlier in the evening.

Michael Jordan def. 50 Cent in the First Round of the Best Of The Best Tournament via pinfall after the 23 Kick. During the match, Terrell Owens arrived and wanted to be at ringside to help Jordan but Jordan tells Owens to leave and fight his own battle. An argument ensues between Jordan and Owens until Owens agreed and head to the back.
In the back, Torrie Wilson interviewed EMW Internet Champion Tommy Vercetti.
Torrie: I am here with EMW Internet Champion Tommy Vercetti and coming up next you will defend the EMW Internet Championship against a member of The Franchise, Floyd “Money” Mayweather. Now you had been known as one heck of a brawler. But how can you stand against a World-Class Boxing Champion.
Vercetti: Torrie, I respect the accomplishments that Mayweather has done. I respect his father and everything that he has done with the sport of boxing. But the one thing I can’t stand is his attitude. He walks around like everything should be handed to him on a silver platter. Now as for me, if I want something, I fight to get it. That’s why I’m the EMW Internet Champion. Tonight, Floyd would have to fight for this title and someone will be knocked out…And it’s sure as hell ain’t me!

Vercetti enters the ring and goes to the second turnbuckle and poses for the crowd and then hands the title to EMW Referee Rudy Edwards. Edwards then shows the title to Mayweather and then Edwards holds the title high for all to see before handing the title to the ringside assistant. Edwards then calls for the bell to start the match.

Faith Lehane def. Lindsay Lohan via pinfall after the second Twist Of Faith of the match. In the final moments of the match, Megan Fox and Jessica Alba ran in the ring when the referee was knocked down just Jessica Alba hits the Dark Angel Wings on Faith then Alba gets a steel chair from under the ring. Alba was going to use the chair but Fox stopped her and said that she wanted to do the honors. Fox waits for Lehane to get up as Alba helps Lohan to her feet. But when Lehane got to her feet, FOX KNOCKS OUT LOHAN AND ALBA WITH STEEL CHAIR SHOTS! Fox then looked down at Lohan and Alba fallen bodies and then took off her dWo shirt then spiking the shirt in front of them before she leaves the ring and heads to the back. The Italian Dragons arrived to the ring and raised their EMW World Tag Team title belts before handing the belts to EMW referee Jack Simpson. Simpson then shows the titles to The Street Fighters before holding up the belts for all to see before hanging the belts to the ringside assistant. Simpson then called for the bell to start the match.
The Street Fighters (Ken Masters & Ryu Hoshi) with Abigail Whistler def. EMW World Tag Team Champions The Italian Dragons (Bruce Lee & Rocky Balboa) via pinfall when Ken Masters pinned Rocky Balboa after the Buzzsaw Kick to become the NEW EMW World Tag Team Champions.
In the back, Torrie Wilson approaches EMW Women’s Champion Gina Carano.
Torrie: Gina…Gina…Do you have any last minute thoughts about your Women’s title defense against Britney Spears and Blaze Fielding.
Gina then stopped and went to Torrie to answer her question.
Gina: Torrie, I don’t talk about what I plan to do. I let my actions in the ring speak for me.
Carano then leaves and heads to the ring for her match.

Blaze then enters the ring and poses for the crowd as they cheer her and then Blaze awaits the other participants.

Britney Spears makes her way to the ring to a good ovation from the crowd. Britney has a focused look on her face as she slaps hands with some of the EMW fans.
Capetta: The second challenger is from Kentwood, Louisiana…she is BRITNEY SPEARS!
Britney entered the ring and poses for the crowd and then looks at Blaze before anticipating the third participant in this match.
“Hells March” hits
EMW Women’s Champion Gina Carano makes her arrival to the ring to a mixed reaction from the crowd with mostly cheers.
Capetta: And finally, she is the EMW Women’s Champion! From Las Vegas, Nevada…She is the Undefeated Female Muscle Of The Franchise…GINA “CONVICTION” CARANO!
Carano enters the ring and stares at her opponents as she hands the EMW Women’s title to referee Sara Phillips. Phillips then shows the title to Britney and then Blaze before she raises the title for everyone to see. Phillips then hands the title to the ringside assistant before calling for the bell to start the match.
EMW Women’s Champion Gina Carano def. Blaze Fielding and Britney Spears in a Triple Threat Match via submission when Carano made Britney Spears tap out to the Triangle Choke.
In the back, EMW World Heavyweight Champion Blade along with Abigail Whistler is making their way to the ring. Meanwhile, Al Bundy leaves his locker room and is making his way to the ring.

“Fatal” by The RZA hits
EMW World Heavyweight Champion “The Day Walker” Blade slowly makes his way to the ring alongside Abigail Whistler to thunderous boos from the crowd. Blade stops at the middle of the rampway and looked around the entire crowd before arriving to the ring. Blade then stands in the middle of the ring and holds up the EMW World heavyweight title as the crowd is booing Blade like crazy. Blade then awaits the challenger.
“Bad To The Bone” by George Throgood hits
Al Bundy makes his way to the ring to the loudest ovation of cheers tonight from the Soldier Field crowd as Bundy is sporting the Chicago Bears Home uniform with the specialty made #33 Al Bundy Chicago Bears jersey. Bundy raises his arms high as a huge pyro display explodes behind him on the entrance ramp. Bundy arrives to the ring and goes to the middle turnbuckle and did his trademark pose to the roar of the crowd. Then Bundy climbed back down and stared at Blade as Capetta makes the in-ring introductions.
Capetta: Introducing first, the challenger! From CHICAGO, ILLINOIS! Weighing in at 245 pounds, he is AL BUNDY!
The crowd cheers as Al Bundy continues to stare at Blade.
Capetta: And his opponent, he is the EMW World Heavyweight Champion! He represents the Day Walker Legion, from Detroit, Michigan weighing in at 237 pounds, ladies and gentlemen, this is “THE DAY WALKER” BLADE!
Blade hands the EMW World Heavyweight title to EMW Referee Billy Bixton. Bixton shows the title to Bundy and then raises the EMW World title belt high for all to see before handing the title to the ringside assistant. Bixton then calls for the bell to start the match.
EMW World Heavyweight Champion Blade with Abigail Whistler def. Al Bundy via pinfall after the second Day Walker DDT in the match. In the final moments of the match, Al Bundy kicked out of the Day Walker DDT and went for the hold again but then Bundy escaped and locks in the Bundy Lock. Abigail Whistler then showed up on the apron to distract the referee as Blade tapped out to the hold but the referee didn’t see it as he told Whistler to get off the apron. Bundy let go of the hold and went grabbed Whistler by the hair and was going to hit her. Blade then rushed right at Bundy but Bundy got out of the way and Blade stopped and almost hit Whistler and Bundy schoolboys Blade but got the two count. Bundy then went for the Bundy Slam but Blade escaped and pushed Bundy into the referee. With the referee knocked down, Blade tries to go for the Day Walker DDT but Bundy escapes and hits Blade with a chop block and then locks in the Bundy Lock. Blade was fighting the pain but then he tapped out but the referee can’t see it because he was knocked to the outside. Bundy then let go of the hold and tried to find the referee and then Terrell Owens arrive from out of nowhere and knocked out Bundy with the steel chair. Owens then quickly left to the back as Blade went to cover Bundy. Whistler then revived the referee and then the ref count the pinfall but Bundy kicked out at two. Blade then tried to pick up Bundy but Bundy went for the Bundy Slam, but Blade countered and hits the Day Walker DDT and then covered Bundy and got the pinfall win.
The lights in the arena went out and on Extreme-Vision a promo for EMW SummerJam 2K9 Mega Event aired. The promo also announced that The Beastie Boys would be performing at the event from Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York.
From the broadcast booth at ringside, Michael Buffer and Tony Stark discussed about SummerJam 2K9.
Buffer: As you just saw in the commercial, SummerJam 2K9 is our next EMW Mega Event. It is EMW’s HUGE Summer Mega Event and we found out that The Beastie Boys are going to be performing at the event, Tony.
Stark: Musical legends from New York City that performed many great hits like “Intergalactic”, “You Gotta Fight For Your Right”, “No Sleep Till’ Brooklyn” and so many more and now they are performing in EMW SummerJam 2K9! That is a blockbuster announcement!
Buffer: Well from one blockbuster to another as we are now at the finals of The Best Of The Best Tournament as two members of The Franchise go to battle as Terrell Owens, who we saw moments ago, basically costing Al Bundy the EMW World Heavyweight title, take on Michael Jordan. Their first match was on the April 22nd edition of EMW ShowTime and tonight it’s the rematch for a chance to headline SummerJam 2K9. Let’s take a look back at the Best of The Best Tournament so far.

Terrell Owens makes his way to the ring to thunderous boos and “T.O. Sucks!” chants filled Solider Field as Owens arrived to the ring. Owens looked at the sold-out crowd who is booing him and then laughed and smiled before looking at the entrance way awaiting his opponent.

Michael Jordan makes his way to the ring to a thunderous pop from the sold out Solider Field crowd. Jordan enters the ring and stares at Owens as the bell rings and Michael Buffer makes the introductions.

After the introductions, Buffer leaves the ring and heads to the broadcast booth as EMW Head Referee Nick Patrick calls for the bell and the start of the match.
Michael Jordan def. Terrell Owens in the Finals of the Best Of The Best Tournament via pinfall after the Buzzer Beater after countering Owens attempt at the Buzzer Beater. After the match, Jordan celebrated the win and was presented the Best Of The Best Trophy. Jordan then raises the trophy high above his head but then was confronted by Terrell Owens. Suddenly, Floyd “Money” Mayweather and Derek Jeter came from the crowd and attacked Jordan from behind. They continue their attack until Al Bundy ran in to make the save for Jordan. Jordan recovered then Bundy and Jordan fought off Jeter and Mayweather as Owens tries to leave to the ring but Human Tornado ran in and attacked Owens and sent him to the ring. Jordan hits the 23 kick on Mayweather which sent him to the outside. Tornado hits Owens with the DnD and then Owens slid out of the ring. Then Bundy hits Jeter with the Bundy Slam before Jeter went to the outside. Bundy then grabbed the Best Of The Best Trophy and present it to Jordan. Both Bundy and Jordan shook hands before Bundy, Jordan and Tornado celebrated in the ring as the show ends.

Abigail Whistler then showed up on the apron to distract the referee as Blade tapped out to the hold but the referee didn’t see it as he told Whistler to get off the apron. Bundy let go of the hold and went grabbed Whistler by the hair and was going to hit her. Blade then rushed right at Bundy but Bundy got out of the way and Blade stopped and almost hit Whistler and Bundy schoolboys Blade but got the two count. Bundy then went for the Bundy Slam but Blade escaped and pushed Bundy into the referee. With the referee knocked down, Blade tries to go for the Day Walker DDT but Bundy escapes and hits Blade with a chop block and then locks in the Bundy Lock. Blade was fighting the pain but then he tapped out but the referee can’t see it because he was knocked to the outside. Bundy then let go of the hold and tried to find the referee and then Terrell Owens arrive from out of nowhere and knocked out Bundy with the steel chair. Owens then quickly left to the back as Blade went to cover Bundy. Whistler then revived the referee and then the ref count the pinfall but Bundy kicked out at two. Blade then tried to pick up Bundy but Bundy went for the Bundy Slam, but Blade countered and hits the Day Walker DDT and then covered Bundy and got the pinfall win.
The lights in the arena went out and on Extreme-Vision a promo for EMW SummerJam 2K9 Mega Event aired. The promo also announced that The Beastie Boys would be performing at the event from Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York.
From the broadcast booth at ringside, Michael Buffer and Tony Stark discussed about SummerJam 2K9.
Buffer: As you just saw in the commercial, SummerJam 2K9 is our next EMW Mega Event. It is EMW’s HUGE Summer Mega Event and we found out that The Beastie Boys are going to be performing at the event, Tony.
Stark: Musical legends from New York City that performed many great hits like “Intergalactic”, “You Gotta Fight For Your Right”, “No Sleep Till’ Brooklyn” and so many more and now they are performing in EMW SummerJam 2K9! That is a blockbuster announcement!
Buffer: Well from one blockbuster to another as we are now at the finals of The Best Of The Best Tournament as two members of The Franchise go to battle as Terrell Owens, who we saw moments ago, basically costing Al Bundy the EMW World Heavyweight title, take on Michael Jordan. Their first match was on the April 22nd edition of EMW ShowTime and tonight it’s the rematch for a chance to headline SummerJam 2K9. Let’s take a look back at the Best of The Best Tournament so far.
A music video airs highlighting the all the matches that happened tonight in the Best Of The Best Tournament as Kevin Rudoff’s “Welcome To The World” plays in the background.

Terrell Owens makes his way to the ring to thunderous boos and “T.O. Sucks!” chants filled Solider Field as Owens arrived to the ring. Owens looked at the sold-out crowd who is booing him and then laughed and smiled before looking at the entrance way awaiting his opponent.

Michael Jordan makes his way to the ring to a thunderous pop from the sold out Solider Field crowd. Jordan enters the ring and stares at Owens as the bell rings and Michael Buffer makes the introductions.
Buffer: LLLLLLLLLLLLLADIES AND GENTLEMEN…It is now time for the EMW Best Of The Best Main Event of the evening. This match is the Finals Of The Best Of The Best Tournament! The winner will headline EMW SummerJam 2K9 and have a shot at the EMW HEAVYWEIGHT…CHAMPIONSHIP…OF THE WORLD! Buffer: Introducing first, wearing the attire and colors of his current team the Buffalo Bills. He hails from Buffalo, New York by way of Dallas, Texas and weighs in at 228 pounds. Earlier tonight, he has defeated Eddie Murphy in the first round of the tournament and in the semi-finals defeated Spiderman. Tonight, he has the chance to defeat his fellow Franchise member in front of a hardcore Chicago crowd and be one step closer to once again becoming the EMW World Heavyweight Champion. Introducing, the leader of The Franchise and the former Extreme Madness Wrestling HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WOOOOOORLD…TERRRRRELLLL OOOOOOOOOOWEEEEEEEEEEEENS!

Buffer: And now his opponent, wearing the recognizable #23 home uniform of the Chicago Bulls. He hails from Charlotte, North Carolina by way of Chicago, Illinois and weighs in tonight at 230 pounds. Earlier tonight, he has defeated 50 Cent in the first round and in the semi-finals has defeated The Human Tornado. Now, in front of the city he has given six NBA Championships to, he has the chance to make more history and become the first man to win the Best Of The Best Tournament. Here is the 6 time NBA Champion as part of the Chicago Bulls and the former EMW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WOOOOORRRLLLD…MICHAEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEL JOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRDAN!!!!!!
After the introductions, Buffer leaves the ring and heads to the broadcast booth as EMW Head Referee Nick Patrick calls for the bell and the start of the match.
Michael Jordan def. Terrell Owens in the Finals of the Best Of The Best Tournament via pinfall after the Buzzer Beater after countering Owens attempt at the Buzzer Beater. After the match, Jordan celebrated the win and was presented the Best Of The Best Trophy. Jordan then raises the trophy high above his head but then was confronted by Terrell Owens. Suddenly, Floyd “Money” Mayweather and Derek Jeter came from the crowd and attacked Jordan from behind. They continue their attack until Al Bundy ran in to make the save for Jordan. Jordan recovered then Bundy and Jordan fought off Jeter and Mayweather as Owens tries to leave to the ring but Human Tornado ran in and attacked Owens and sent him to the ring. Jordan hits the 23 kick on Mayweather which sent him to the outside. Tornado hits Owens with the DnD and then Owens slid out of the ring. Then Bundy hits Jeter with the Bundy Slam before Jeter went to the outside. Bundy then grabbed the Best Of The Best Trophy and present it to Jordan. Both Bundy and Jordan shook hands before Bundy, Jordan and Tornado celebrated in the ring as the show ends.
